-Animoto: Great dynamic slideshow creator. 
-Mind Node: (studio favorite) Free visual mind map software to visually organize your thought process. 
-Hand Brake: Great way to make copies of DVD's in different formats. 

iPhone General Apps:
-GateGuru: for Travelling. Shows what is near you in a airport. 
-WhatTheFONT: Take a pic of a font and it searches for what it is called. 
-GPSdrive: Cheap GPS that works very very well 
-RunPee: Shows the time it is ok to go to the bathroom in a movie. 
-SoundHound / Shazam: When you hear a song you play this app and it tells you what it is and where to purchase it. 

iPhone Camera Apps
-TiltShiftGEn: Creates a easy to adjust fake tilt shift effect. used in conjunction with another app has great looks. 
-AutoStitch: Take multiple images and stitch them together creating a large pano or just a very large photo. 
-ShakeItPhoto: Creates a nice POLAROID effect to an image. 
-CrossProcess: My favorite: Set on basic -ProHDR: Does a better job of combining 2 exposures than the new iPhone4 HDR feature
